Tariff

Current room prices are as follows:

Standard single room from £35.00
Single ensuite room from £45.00
Double/Twin room from £65.00
Family Room from £81.00

Please note that booking through some travel companies and internet booking agents may incur commission and booking fees.

 

Payment

To guarantee a booking, we require the following information:

Credit card details - 16-digit card number, expiry date, last 3 digits on back of card
Address to which card is registered
Contact telephone number
Time of arrival. (Flight, train or bus arrival time would be helpful)

Cancellation terms:

If you cancel 2 days in advance – no charge
If you cancel less than 2 days – 1st night will be charged
If you do not give any notice of cancellation – The full stay booked will be charged although the room will be resold after 1 night

Payment may be made by cash and traveller’s cheques.    
 
We accept credit and debit cards with the exception of American Express and Diners.

Guests staying more that 7 days are asked to pay their bills on a weekly basis.

 

Check in and Check out times

Normal check in time is between 4pm and 8pm Sunday to Thursday and between 4pm and 6pm on Friday and Saturday.  You may however come before 12 noon and drop off your bags and pick up your keys, every effort will be made to have your room ready. 

If your flight, train or bus arrives outside of these times then we can arrange your check in time to suit.  To avoid disturbing sleeping guests late at night, we cannot accept arrivals after 10.30pm.
